Baby and Bridal showers can be as casual or as extravagant as you desire. We can plan the special day on behalf of the mother or the host and will take care of all he elements from games to catering, so all that is left is for everyone (especially the mother or bride to be) to enjoy the day.

PARTY PLANNING PACKAGE SERVICES

- Special Occasions assigned staff member(s) will arrive to set-up approximately 2-3 hours prior to the star of your event (contingent upon the access of venue) Special Occasions staff will remain on-site throughout your entire event and will leave approximately 30mins after the entertainment has finished.
- Special Occasions responsibilities at the event will include:
- Keeping the party running smoothly from start to finish according to your itinerary.
- Coordinating with vendors
- Handling any problems/issues that may arise
- Prior to Special Occasions departure, staff will gather all gifts, belongings and miscellaneous items and place them in one convenient location.

Graduation Parties are very special occasions and we would love to make yours the best it can be! We can organise all your requirements with our Services no matter how big or small! You tell us what you need and in turn we will provide you with all the best options.
If you already have a suitable venue, we make sure the party is fabulous from ensuring the decor is as you want it, conduct activities/games with prizes for everyone in attendance, provide a graduation cake, catering, furniture, photographer, hosting it as your personal party host and of course any other element you require e.g. custom invite designs, DJ, party favours, the list is endless!

Extra Party Activities
SPECIAL O CUPCAKE DECORATING PARTY
Each cupcake decorating party is tailored to the age of the children involved. At each party each child is given a box of 6 cupcakes to decorate and then take home. We decorate some cupcakes together, before the children get to show of their creative side and decorate some to their own design using a mix of butter-icing, decorations, sprinkles and shapes – all provided.
Parties last for 1 hour (decorating time) and prices start at 800 Dhs for 6 children. Additional children at 70Dhs each.
MINI MANICURE/ PEDICURE PARTY
What better way to spend some fun and relaxing time with your girl friends at your party! A Mini Mani/Pedi Party offers all party guests their own choice of colour and/or nail stickers. No cutting of nails or cuticles will be performed on children ages 15 and under. While your nails dry, you may choose to succumb to a relaxing shoulder massage.
Parties last for either 1 hour or 2 hours and prices start at 900 Dhs for 10 children.
MINI MAKEOVER PARTY
Each Mini Make-over party is tailored to suit the age of the children involved. At each party all participants get a BEFOR/AFTER photo shoot, taken by photo, for them to keep in memory of their fun day. Games are also tailored to suit the theme: ‘Lipstick Mania’, Make-up Memory’ and ‘Pass the Blusher’ are all included once everyone is made up and beautiful.
Parties last for either 1 hour or 2 hours and prices start at 800 Dhs for 10 children.
